I have only one device and cannot scan the QR code

Not a problem. Alternatively, you can install the Yesim profile by entering details manually. You will be asked to enter the SM-DP+ Address, Activation Code, and Confirmation Code – all of which are included in the Yesim confirmation details provided after purchase. 

Quick tips:

  • Before scanning the QR code, please check if your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network with a good signal
  • During copying an SM-DP + line from an email dedicated to the activation of a plan, the phone considers this line as a “link” and adds “http: \\” which leads to an error. Please make sure the lineSM-DP+ rsp. truphone. com without any additional elements.
