For iOS (iPhone):
- Go to Settings.
- Tap either Cellular or Mobile Data.
- Select the plan that you want to delete.
- Tap Delete eSIM.
For Android:
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Network & internet > Mobile network.
- Select the eSIM you want to delete.
- Tap Delete SIM.
For Android (Samsung):
- From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access all apps.
- Navigate: Settings > Connections > SIM manager.
- Tap the eSIM you want to remove.
If you have removed your eSIM, you’ll need to contact us to get a new QR code to reactivate it. When you get an email with a new QR code, set up your new eSIM.
