Can I get a receipt for the data plan I purchased?

After a successful purchase, our system will send a receipt to your account’s email automatically. Please check the Spam/Junk folder, if you don’t see it in the inbox folder. If you still don’t see a receipt from Yesim, please let us know and our billing department will take care of it.

Note: you can track your purchases in the app, just go to the Account page and tap Purchase history.
